Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how refund requests for the VPNRose subscription service are submitted and handled. The refund commitment is a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. Requests are submitted through the user panel. Order verification, requests for additional information, and processing updates are all handled in the same ticket to keep a complete record.
Refund Window and Eligibility
Under the Terms of Service, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your first payment. A connection issue is not a prerequisite, and you do not need to provide speed-test records or explain why you no longer wish to use the service. The window is verified using the order's payment record and the ticket submission record.
Please specify in your ticket which order you want us to review. Monthly subscriptions and data packages work differently: monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages remain available until used and never expire. The fact that a data package does not expire does not extend the refund request window indefinitely. Renewals, additional data packages, and mid-term upgrades should not be understood to automatically restart the window from the first payment.
Request Review and Exceptional Cases
Using the service normally is not, by itself, a reason to deny a refund. This policy does not impose an unpublished data-usage threshold, nor does it automatically exclude a refund because you have connected, used data, or lack evidence of a fault. If excessive usage is alleged, the plan allowance, reset records, and order details should first be checked. That claim alone cannot change the refund commitment.
Requests submitted after the refund window are outside the scope of this policy's commitment. Orders that have not been paid, have been canceled, or have already been refunded do not have a payment that can be refunded again. If an account involves a dispute over rule violations, unclear order ownership, or irregular payment records, the case will be reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Service, and the issue will be explained in the ticket. Account actions and refund decisions should be explained separately; an exception flag alone should not be treated as a final decision.
How to Request a Refund and What to Provide
- Sign in to the user panel, open your order history, and confirm the order and payment status for which you are requesting a refund.
- Go to the support ticket portal to submit your request. Include the order number, plan name, payment method, and a clear statement that you want a refund.
- If the order cannot be matched to the payment record, provide proof of payment or a transaction identifier as requested in the ticket. For upgrades or multiple orders, explain how each order is related to the others.
- Check the original ticket for the verification result, refund amount, processing method, and status of any related services.
When submitting proof, cover any information that is not relevant to verifying the order. Do not send your account password, subscription link, payment password, verification code, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. You can create an account without an email address. Please keep all refund correspondence in a user-panel ticket.
Refund Methods and Payment Differences
VPNRose supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. For Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, refunds are preferably returned through the original payment channel. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, explain the reason in the ticket first and confirm an alternative method. Users will not be asked to make another payment to receive a refund.
USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay. The address used to send a transaction should not automatically be treated as the refund address. For an on-chain refund, confirm the receiving address, network, and amount in the ticket, and clarify how any network fees may be handled; do not assume a fee will be deducted. Check the receiving details carefully to avoid issues caused by a mismatched network or address.
Refund Progress and Confirmation
Order verification, refund submission, and final receipt are separate stages. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel or on-chain network. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time that has not been explicitly stated. Once the ticket shows that a refund has been submitted, check the original payment record or transaction identifier to confirm receipt.
If the funds have not arrived, add the current status to the original ticket to avoid submitting the same request again. The processing record should identify the relevant order, refund amount, and payment route. The ticket should also clarify how the refund affects subscription benefits, remaining data, and account status. If you have questions about the amount or result, ask for a review in the original ticket.
